…doesn’t have quite the ring to it that we’d hoped for, but I’m sure she’ll get used it.
My brother-in-law Jon and his wife Steph just had a baby girl and we are so excited to be an aunt and uncle!! We got to meet her tonight, but she remains nameless, so we’re calling her baby girl for now. Speaking of nameless, turns out, Michael’s parents didn’t have a name for him until he was three days old…because they thought he was going to be a girl….oops!
Baby girl is doing just great despite being born four weeks early. Steph had some complications and she is recovering. We hope they will get to go home soon to start their happy little life together!

I just talked to Ellie. She said she loves reading your blog, and this post made her really happy. She also said she wants you to hold her before Uncle Michael. I hope he’s not offended… kids say the darndest things when they’re 8 days old. Love you guys!!
